It’s a tough environment for a publisher to find new clients that want to “go deeper than just your typical banners or pre-roll ads,” he said. However, Verizon notes that these can be changed by any family member at any time, so you’re never locked into your selections for more than a single monthly billing cycle. ![]() The catch is that, except for those that explicitly provide family sharing, add-ons apply only to the line or person for which they’re added. Verizonįor example, the Disney Bundle offers the same trifecta of Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu for $10 per month, which is a savings of $5 per month over purchasing them apart from Verizon. On top of the base plan, customers can then choose one or more add-ons “à la carte.” All of these are currently priced at $10 per month and include discounted media bundles, TravelPass, cloud storage, or even a Walmart+ membership. The lower-tier plan offers basic 5G service via Verizon’s low-band 5G Nationwide network, while the Plus version unlocks the faster 5G Ultra Wideband service and adds 30GB of premium mobile hotspot data. Instead of the awkward collection of 5G Get More, Play More, and Do More plans, the new myPlan offers two very straightforward base options: Unlimited Welcome and Unlimited Plus. The company says myPlan is “for anyone who doesn’t want to be told what they need or forced into a plan that’s already decided for them.” It’s available to both new and current customers and can be changed directly in the MyVerizon app without the need to call in or visit a store or pay any service fees. Verizon is calling its new initiative myPlan, and it has the nice bonus of also simplifying its wireless packages. Thankfully, the company realized this and decided it was time to untangle things. Meanwhile, the same PGA Tour press release (now without the word "merge") still says these businesses are being "combined" into one. A merger is "any of various methods of combining two or more organizations," according to Merriam-Webster’s dictionary. The simple dictionary definition of "merge" is to combine into one. For materials that don't use mesh-specific data, the exporter uses a simple plane. Material baking works best, and most accurately for Materials that do not depend on when or how they are viewed (for example, things such as time or viewing angle). This can happen frequently because most Unreal Engine Material inputs use more advanced expressions than expression matching supports. If expression matching fails, it falls back to material baking. When you export a Material, the exporter tries expression matching first. Material baking: supports most Material expression patterns, but is slower, and requires configuration. Material expression matching: faster and more accurate, but supports only simple Material expression patterns. To convert an Unreal Engine Material to glTF, the exporter uses the following methods, in the following order: In the glTF format, some inputs share the same texture (for example, Metallic / Roughness and Base Color / Opacity (Mask) ). Instead, it allows a single texture or constant for each material input. The glTF workflow is similar to Unreal Engine's workflow, but does not support arbitrary material expressions. The glTF format uses a Metallic / Roughness physically-based rendering (PBR) workflow that can produce photorealistic materials. That's extremely unusual, and most likely a signal that it's the OS' network stack, and not the network hardware, that's the problem. I think this is evidence of software bugs rather than hardware flaws, because the Pixel C reported surprisingly high upload speeds when it could stay connected to the router-often, upload speeds of several times what it was reporting in download speeds. Neither a Tab S, nor an iPad mini 4, nor several phones had any problems in the same location. The Pixel C also kept dropping its Wi-Fi signal, over and over again, at distances of 25 feet or more from the router. Travel more than 20 feet away from the router, and the Pixel C had just 1-2Mbps down while the Tab S reported 10Mbps or more. Even close to a Verizon FiOS router, where a Samsung Galaxy Tab S (not even a newer Galaxy Tab S2) consistently got 50-60Mbps down, the Pixel C reported 18-20Mbps. Reloading a quick loading hand or light crossbow is a free action It takes a full-round action to load both hand crossbows.Ī quick loading crossbow accesses an extra-dimensional space that can hold up to 100 bolts, allowing you to reload the crossbow more rapidly than normal. Individually loading each hand crossbow takes a move action that provokes an attack of opportunity. The blade functions as a dagger.Ī hand double crossbow functions like a regular crossbow of the same type, but is constructed with a second crossbow above the fore grip. Activating a shielding weapon transforms it into a heavy steel shield.Īdding a short blade to the front of a hand crossbow allows you to defend yourself in melee combat without having to draw a different weapon. So, this establishes that we can combine a double weapon with a shield and as long as you only use one half of the weapon, you can hold onto your weapon with two hands and still use the shield.Ī shielding weapon is most often employed as an off-hand weapon. The buckler in the middle of the sang kauw gives you a +1 shield bonus to your Armor Class if you attack with only one end of the sang kauw in a round. A creature using a double weapon in one hand, such as a Large creature using a sang kauw, can’t use it as a double weapon. You can fight with it as if fighting with two weapons, but if you do, you incur all the normal attack penalties associated with fighting with two weapons as if you are using a one-handed weapon and a light weapon. You could also run into a room with a one-handed crossbow in one hand and a bigger shield in the other (heavy or tower), shoot the crossbow, then drop it and use a different weapon (like a spiked gauntlet or quick-drawn sword).Īnyway, just checking to see if there anything I was overlooking.Ī sang kauw is a double weapon. Crossbows are better than bows when you have less than 10 Str, because you don't take a Str penalty to damage with them. As far as I know, the only other ways to do that is to take Improved Buckler Defense (a feat I personally dislike) or get an animated shield (something I also dislike, speaking as a DM). The benefit of this weapon I'm proposing is a constant AC bonus from a shield while shooting the crossbow at no penalty at your full rate of attacks. You can't use a light shield when using a crossbow (unless you use the crossbow in one hand). You can use a buckler with a crossbow at no penalty to the attack roll, but you lose the buckler's bonus to your AC (because you used that hand). In that case, this would be my recommendation OP, bucklers and light shields provide the same bonus anyway. ![]() A repeating crossbow should be a simple weapon (the difference between using it and using a regular crossbow is less than the difference between using it and using a quarterstaff) with less damage and a smaller range increment than the light crossbow.Īlso, why are hand crossbows exotic weapons?
